Elizabeth Favat was born in Uruguay, lived in some South American countries and now lives in Europe.
From a very young age, she has been interested in understanding Human nature, which she discovered through various studies, practices and training, carried out throughout the course of her life.
She is a Holistic Facilitator with more than 10 years of experience; she accompanies her clients in personal development and healing processes and spiritual evolution.
She is a certified Alexander Technique teacher trained at EUTA (Uruguayan School of Alexander Technique), recognized by STAT (Society of Teachers of Alexander Technique), where she graduated in March 2012. Since then she has worked as an Alexander Technique teacher in individual and group classes and workshops for dancers, actors, singers, musicians and the general public in South America and Europe. She is also a Yoga Teacher since 2003.
Since she was 18 years old he has been exploring the Performing Arts working with dance, acting, voice and music. She has deepened her knowledge in the power of the vibration of sound and words.
Elizabeth is creator of the M.I.M method. (Memories Integration Method) and of the “The Path of the Solar Woman”, an expirience for women for the discovery and deepening of the sacred feminine.
