“The body is the basis of our performance, everything happens through it. Not understanding it or not knowing it can generate interference in the development of the performative activity: lack of fluidity and organicity, tension and poor expressiveness, pain, etc. This Residence is an invitation to explore one’s body, the relationship with the object and with the scenic space. We will work on stage presence as the main motivational agent. The Body is our primordial “element”, the vehicle par excellence of expressive creation” Elizabeth Favat .

On Saturday 14 October, 18 November and 9 December, from 11am to 5pm, Hangar Teatri is pleased to host Elizabeth Favat with 3 deep physical and sensorial-perceptive training sessions based on the principles of the Alexander Technique. For the journey, which will end with a presentation open to the public, 16 stage artists or students with advanced levels of theatre, dance, singing and music, Italian and/or foreign, will be selected.
