Memories Integration Method by Elizabeth Favat.

What is about and what is it for?

M.I.M. is a method that works on the integration of memories that are hidden, detained or froozen in a person in whatever level: physical, mental, emotional, energetic or spiritual.

  • Sometimes memories are found stuck in the physical body in the form of sensations, pains or, in its most acute case already installed in the form of a disease.
  • At the mental level it is manifested through beliefs, repetitive thoughts and memories. In the emotional body you can notice it as an emotion of fear, anxiety, overwhelming sensation, and so forth. At an energetic level it is manifested as tiredness, lack of energy, etc.
  • Finally, at the soul/ spiritual level through memories of traumatic and non-traumatic experiences, images, memories, related to this life or past lives.

The M.I. Method is born from a deep understanding of comprehending the importance and the need to integrate the memories detained in our being. They are part of something that belongs to us and that interconnects us with others. Especially with our personal experiences of this life or past lives, and with our ancestral line.

Elizabeth began to observe without judgment what she detected at any level of her being, in any of her bodies: whether physical, mental, emotional, energetic or spiritual. She noticed that what she perceived always had something to tell her, show her and help her understand about herself and her relationships. Just the fact that she kept her attention there already generated some changes, the mere action of seeing. She therefore started deeply understanding, verifying time and time again that the memories are there to communicate something that needs to be seen and recognized, to evolve as Human Beings. Once we manage to integrate these memories we can find cure, be it the healing of a wound, the assimilation of a trauma, the recomposition of our emotional-affective level, in short, the healing of the being and the integration of its dissipated parts. Integrating our memories means closing cycles that may still be open and opening new paths and possibilities in our lives.

During the sessions, Elizabeth has the necessary resources to accompany the process. Significantly, the proceedings she uses to integrate are always guided by a presence superior to herself.

How does it work and how long does the session last?

The session is generally done sitting down, or at times lying on a stretcher, depending on the particular need of each person.

  • It begins with a guided introspection through the body and breathing, then work is done depending on what emerges.
  • The development of the session changes depending on what appears that needs to be worked on.
  • The person is never forced to go in a direction they do not want to go.
  • The client chooses how deep he wants to go.
  • The entire process is carried out with the greatest respect and care.
  • Information that emerges within the session stays in the session.

The session is one hour long.
